I started teaching when I was only 15 years old and many of my students started out very young as well. Below you will find Olivier and Zoi (Debra and Hairspray), who started lessons with me years ago. They are no longer students of mine; however, I still feel very proud of their accomplishments. Once the love of music is instilled into a child, there is no telling where that love will take them.

In 2011, Lang Lang held a workshop at Roy Thompson Hall for 101 Pianists. Three students who studied with me qualified to participate in this remarkable event., Carrie, Chris and Aanika. Carrie is now completing her RCM grade 9 certification, Chris has started a peer mentorship program and Aanika has completed her RCM studies....and they are all under 16!
